Cancellation Policy
– A valid credit card is required at the time of scheduling to hold all appointments.
– For the courtesy of all guests and team members, a 24 hour notice of cancellations or rescheduling of any reservation is required.
– You will be charged 50% of the scheduled service for any changes or cancellations within 24 hours of original reservation. Missed appointments are held under this policy.
– Provider has the right to refuse service after second no-show.
- We do not offer refunds.
Child Policy
We strive to maintain a serene, professional, and safe environment for all of our clients. To ensure this, we have established the following policy regarding children on the premises:
Supervision Requirements:
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while at the spa.
For the safety of all guests and staff, children should not be left unattended in the waiting area or other areas of the spa
During Services:
If a parent or guardian is receiving a treatment, another adult must be present to supervise child during that time.
Disruptions:
To ensure a peaceful environment for all clients, any disruptive behavior from children may result in a request for the child and their supervising adult to leave.
No Liability:
Arabella Spa & Salon is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur if a child is left unsupervised.
